These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Euter (the “App”), a music player that presents what you play in Apple Music on a CD player and in a jewel-case library.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Euter controls and displays playback from Apple Music on your device. Euter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple Music is a service of Apple Inc. and is subject to Apple’s own terms.
Playback requires your Apple ID and an eligible Apple Music subscription where Apple requires one. You are responsible for complying with Apple’s terms and any applicable laws.
Using the App requires Euter Pro, offered through Apple’s App Store as either (a) an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription, which may include a free trial for eligible users, or (b) a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase, and Apple processes payment. If you start a free trial, your Apple ID is charged the price of the chosen plan when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings (Subscriptions), or via Manage Subscriptions in the App. Purchases can be restored on your devices with Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in a way that violates Apple Music, third-party rights, or applicable law.
The App, its design, and original materials belong to the App provider or its licensors. Music, artwork, trademarks, and related materials belong to their respective owners (including Apple and rights holders).

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uninterrupted Apple Music availability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Version 1.0 also offered AI-generated commentary and Plus / Pro / Ultra subscriptions. AI commentary has been discontinued. Commentary generated earlier was for personal entertainment, may be incomplete or incorrect, and is licensed for personal, non-commercial use within the App. Existing Plus / Pro / Ultra subscribers receive Euter Pro access in later versions while their subscription is active.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
