This Privacy Policy explains how Euter (“we,” “the App”) handles information when you use the App.
Euter keeps your listening data on your device. We do not run accounts, do not sell your personal information, and do not use it for advertising.
Apple Music access is requested through Apple’s permission flows, and purchases are processed by Apple. Apple handles that data under Apple’s privacy policy. Euter never receives your Apple ID password or payment details.
The information above stays on your device until you delete it or remove the App.
In Settings you can choose Delete All Data to clear the App’s data on this device. Removing the App also removes it. Euter Pro purchases remain with your Apple ID and can be restored.
We do not sell or share personal information, except when required by law.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can revoke Music access in iOS Settings, delete the App’s data in Settings, change or remove your nickname, and stop using the App at any time.
Euter 1.0 offered AI commentary, which has been discontinued: our server no longer generates commentary or sends any data to an AI provider. Version 1.0 had you sign in with your Apple ID and kept a record on our server, and while signed in it may also send anonymous counts (app language, region, and how you heard about Euter) that we keep only as totals. If you signed in on version 1.0, Delete All Data in Settings (Delete Account & Data in version 1.0) also deletes that server record, and you can ask us by email to delete it. Apart from this deletion request, the current version sends nothing to our server.
We may update this Policy. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
